In Jamf Pro, I created smart groups for each Adobe application and then a matching script/policy to target each application individually for updates. Full script below is a stripped down version of the one I linked earlier, but it's been working for me.īridgeDirectory="/Applications/Adobe Bridge 2022"Įcho "Installation of updates completed."Įcho "/Applications/Adobe Bridge 2022 located proceeding."Įcho "/Application/Adobe Bridge 2022 NOT found nothing to update." That's just for updating Adobe Bridge, but I had success with that without having to uninstall anything. Sudo $rum -productVersions=KBRG -action=install I did end up getting this to work, and I did so by making my RUM scripts very granular, only targeting a single Adobe application for each script run using the following command. Adobe's support is as finicky as their apps so I'm not surprised they weren't much help. It's a variation of the scripts I found on this page, which weren't working for me.Īny advice or people experiencing similar issues with RUM? ![]() I've a headache.Įcho "Adobe RemoteUpdateManager not found."
